What do I do if I have not received my order?

If you have any concerns regarding the status of your order, do not hesitate to email us at [email protected].

Am I liable for paymeny of duty on delivery of my order?

Bold Aura ships all EU & US orders DDP, meaning that we cover the cost of duty and you do not have to pay any additional amount on delivery.

International orders (outside of the US & EU) we ship DAP. In this case you will be liable to cover any additional duty upon delivery of your order. For more information regarding what the charge will be, please contact your local customs office prior to placing your order.

 

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal.

What payment security is in place?

All transactions on our website are processed using either Amazon Payments or PayPal. All have secure online payment gateways and follow the latest industry guidelines.

We reserve the right to cancel any transaction if we have any reason to believe it may be fraudulent or an attempted fraud.

Why was my payment declined?

Due to the valuable nature of our pieces, card providers may sometimes automatically decline transactions for your protection, or we may have to contact you directly to confirm the purchase.

Refunds + Returns

What is your returns policy?

Should you not be happy with your purchase, you can return any item/s within 30 days of delivery. Please note that any item returned must be in an undamaged condition. To make a return please contact our customer support team at [email protected] and we will be able to provide any assistance required.

Do you offer a repair service?

Should a Bold Aura piece that you own become damaged, we would be happy to offer a repair.

Please contact our customer service team with details of the piece and the damage that has occurred and we can arrange a collection and repair free of charge (if the piece is still under warranty) or send a quote for the repair work should your warranty have expired.
